Reclaimed Granite Block Wall
Granite was the first industrial strength building material used in America. Throughout New England, large pieces of granite were formed into blocks, sills, and lintels which were used to create railroad trestles and cellar foundations. As these structures are brought out of service, Stone Farm harvests the stone and then re-purposes them. There is no way to recreate the weathering and patina that these stones have picked up over the years.
